Magnet Science Olympiad is a STEM course designed to provide opportunities for students to apply science concepts and principles in innovative situations as well as enhance problem-solving through independent and group projects.
Upon completion of the Magnet Science Olympiad course, the student should be able to:

Demonstrate an improvement in problem-solving skills.

Have knowledge and understanding of science concepts and principles as they relate to individual or group projects.

Apply knowledge and understanding of science concepts and principles to "new" situations.

Work cooperatively with other students to attain a specific goal.
